What this Privacy Policy Covers

• This Privacy Policy covers Treebay's treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you visit our website.
• This Privacy Policy pertains to  Trade4Games.com, an auction site, and PSPfreaks.com, a forum.  The terms "we" and "us" apply to both sites.

• Trade4Games/PSPfreaks collects personally identifiable information when you participate in online auctions.  For example, when you list items for sale or bid on them, we ask for your name, email address, mailing and shipping address and telephone number.
• If you are successful in a bid or sale, we communicate this information to the respective bidder or seller so he or she can contact you to complete the transaction.
